The Staff HV System Validation Engineer will Develop and document HV system requirements from a feature level down to functional and component level for implementation in Ford's Universal EV (UEV) platform. As a Staff HV System Validation Engineer, you will be using existing standards and relevant engineering best practices to contribute to the validation of the HV system. You will be responsible for ensuring HV system's reliable performance. You will work side by side with various cross-functional teams to support HV system design, vehicle behavior definition, prototype bring-up, and validation of HV system with a system level focus. You will lead validation activities and will be responsible for overall functionality and performance of High Voltage system throughout product life cycle. You will conceptualize, design, engineer, develop, and support the launch of next-generation vehicle platform architectures for electric vehicles.
