3005085074-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Cargill is seeking a Boiler Utility Technician to support its manufacturing operations by safely operating, monitoring, and maintaining boiler and utility systems, including steam, water, air, and related equipment. In this role, you'll perform inspections, water testing, adjustments, and repairs to ensure reliable energy supply and regulatory compliance. You'll respond to alarms, troubleshoot equipment issues, and complete preventive maintenance. Working in a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous learning, you'll collaborate with operations teams and help drive reliability and efficiency in a critical production environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor boilers and associated utility systems to support continuous manufacturing operations. Perform routine inspections, water testing, and adjustments to ensure safe and efficient boiler performance. Troubleshoot and repair boiler, steam, water, and air system issues to minimize downtime. Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on utility equipment and document work in CMMS. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including LOTO and confined space procedures. Respond to alarms and emergencies, taking corrective actions to protect people, equipment, and production. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve reliability and energy efficiency. Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports on system performance and maintenance activities.
