Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the integration of low observable mission systems, ensuring compliance with design and performance requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integration strategies for antennas and apertures Utilize computational electromagnetic solvers to analyze and optimize low observable designs Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence Oversee the design and integration of low observable platforms, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines Stay current with advancements in low observable materials and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance system performance Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statementKnowledge of Basic Electromagnetic Principles:
Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and its application in low observable systems Experience withLow Observable Integration:
Proven experience in the integration of antennas and apertures in low observable platformsComputational Electromagnetic Solvers:
Proficiency in using computational tools for electromagnetic analysis and designTechnical Team Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environmentAntenna Design and Integration:
In-depth knowledge of antenna design principles and integration techniquesLow Observable Platforms:
Experience in the design and integration of low observable platforms, including familiarity with relevant materials and technologies Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance Ability to obtain Special Program Access (U.S. Only Citizenship Required) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience): Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsConflict of Interest:
