On Olsson's Substation & Power Generation team, you'll help design systems that safely and reliably deliver power to communities. Our work strengthens mission critical infrastructure and supports a more sustainable energy future through renewable energy innovation. As an Associate Engineer, you'll support substation design projects, working with experienced engineers to develop your technical skills and contribute to high-quality project deliverables. What You'll Do + Assist with design, modeling, and analysis of substation projects + Support senior engineers with drawings, calculations, and studies + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams + Participate in site visits and construction support + Prepare technical reports and project documentation + Grow through hands-on learning, mentorship, and training Qualifications You are passionate about: + Working collaboratively with others. + Having ownership in the work you do. + Using your talents to positively affect communities.
