What success looks like You become the trusted expert customers call for installations, repairs, and PMs on advanced CNC equipment. Diagnoses are fast and accurate—spanning mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems (including PLC/electrical troubleshooting). Operators leave confident after your training sessions, and sales benefits from your technical insights. Every visit ends with clean, complete documentation and a customer who feels supported. Core responsibilities Perform field service, installations, and preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues; communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders. Represent Ellison professionally and ethically at all times. Own your cases and projects; maintain records and technical docs. Carry out related service duties as assigned. What you bring Background installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. Expertise across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Strength in CNC machine repair, PLC troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, and diagnostic workflows.
