Job Description
WSP is currently initiating a search for a
- Senior Substation P&C Engineer
- in the Northeast. Candidates may work from any mutually acceptable location in the eastern time zone. Be involved in projects with our
- Power & Energy Substation Team
- and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients' objectives and solves their challenges. Office‑based or hybrid work is preferred, with flexibility for remote arrangements for qualified candidates.
- This Opportunity
- This position provides high level technical assistance and engineering guidance for multi‑site and multi‑phase substation projects, including due diligence, investigation, impact assessment, permitting support, design, development, and construction activities for utility‑scale facilities in the public and private sectors.
- Your Impact
- + Determine well‑defined methods for collecting, compiling, and analyzing data relating to protection and control requirements, substation equipment specifications for procurement package development and pricing, IFR/IFC detailed design and review processes, and applicable IEEE, NESC, and NERC standards.

- + Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Professional Engineer License.

Expected Salary (all locations): $130,000 - 170,000 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
