Leidos seeks a Senior Transmission Line Engineer to join our Engineering & Design team in the Energy & Utilities sector. You will lead the design of high-voltage transmission lines from concept through construction, performing line routing, structure and foundation design, and detailed calculations to NESC and utility standards. Responsibilities Lead transmission line design from concept through construction for utility and energy projects Perform engineering calculations, line routing, and structure/foundation design to NESC and utility standards Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and calculations for quality and compliance Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to define scope and resolve design issues Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and quality oversight for junior engineers and designers Support proposals, estimates, and schedules while ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance Required Skills Transmission line design (69k V-500k V) PTI/PLS-CADD or similar tools
