You'll supervise a technical team, manage wastewater and infrastructure projects, ensure NPDES compliance , and work with contractors, consultants and the public. What You'll Do Supervise, train and coordinate technical and operational staff Oversee wastewater treatment plant and sanitary sewer operations Maintain compliance with NPDES and other regulatory permits Plan and supervise public works and wastewater projects Develop project budgets, cost estimates and funding applications Prepare and review plans, specifications and construction documents Manage project bidding, construction progress and contracts Review consultant and contractor work Conduct surveys and support engineering design activities Respond to technical questions from the public and contractors Support grant funding opportunities for wastewater projects What We're Looking For 4+ years of civil engineering experience 3+ years of supervisory experience Ohio PE License , or ability to obtain within 6 months Wastewater treatment plant operations experience NPDES permit and regulatory compliance experience Public works construction and project experience AutoCAD experience

experience Grant application experience Strong knowledge of engineering design, surveying and construction Valid Ohio Driver's License Preferred Ohio Class I or Class II Wastewater Operator Certification Public works or wastewater treatment industry experience Benefits $77,000
