You will design and optimize power and renewable energy systems, perform technical analyses, and support project execution from concept through commissioning. In this role, you'll collaborate across disciplines to improve grid reliability, efficiency, and sustainability while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Design and optimize energy systems for utility-scale and commercial customers Analyze load, performance, and reliability data to support grid and asset planning Develop technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for projects Support integration of renewable and distributed energy resources Ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and environmental standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering & Design Contribute to innovation initiatives to improve efficiency and sustainability Support project execution, testing, and commissioning activities Required Skills Power systems engineering Energy modeling and analysis Auto CAD or similar CAD tools SCADA and grid monitoring systems Renewable integration (solar, wind, storage) Project management Data analysis (Excel, Python, or MATLAB) Regulatory and compliance knowledge (NERC, FERC) Technical report writing Cross-functional collaboration
