Job Description
Duration:
6 months (possibility to extend or convert FTE) Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Project Management, or similar experience leading complex technical initiatives. Strong background in data centers, critical facilities, electrical infrastructure, construction, MEP, or related engineering environments. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, operations, supply chain, and external vendors. Ability to manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive stakeholder communications. Technical understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, controls, critical infrastructure, or modular construction environments. Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working onsite four days per week in Sparks, NV Nice to Have Skills & Experience Electrical Engineering degree or direct electrical engineering experience. Experience supporting modular data centers, prefabricated infrastructure, skidded systems, or manufacturing programs. NPI (New Product Introduction), product development, prototype, testing, or deployment experience. Experience working in hyperscale data center environments. Familiarity with CAD/BIM tools, design reviews, commissioning, or construction management processes. Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure deployments involving multiple vendors and contractors We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to support modular data center incubation initiatives at a site in Sparks, NV. This person will serve as the connective tissue between engineering, construction, manufacturing, vendors, and site operations teams to drive execution from design through deployment. They will manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications while helping coordinate electrical, infrastructure, and deployment-related workstreams. The ideal candidate understands the realities of building and deploying complex infrastructure and can effectively facilitate technical discussions while keeping programs moving forward. This role requires being onsite four days per week and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, remove blockers, and drive successful execution.
