Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage APU development projects from initiation to completion Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Ensure an airtight change management process Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery Provide technical guidance and support to project team members Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders both internal and external Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering 8+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects on time and within budget Strong leadership and project management skills with expertise in risk management and problem-solving Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Passion for innovation and continuous learning
WE VALUE
Master's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering Gas turbine engine development, testing and analysis experience Gas turbine engine aircraft installation development, testing and analysis experience Model based system engineering experience including requirements management in DOORS Next
