$64.00-$74.00/hour (DOE)

Schedule:

Hybrid (onsite + remote, must be within commuting distance) Overview We are seeking a Senior Engineer (P&C Scoper) to develop scope of work for transmission and substation projects. This role involves technical scoping, stakeholder coordination, and site assessments to support capital improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Develop Protection & Controls scopes of work for substation projects Assess substation yard, control house, and telecom requirements Specify relays, panel layouts, cables, and major equipment Support project teams across engineering, construction, and operations Conduct site visits (1-2 per week) and evaluate existing conditions Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project scopes Identify and resolve engineering issues with minimal supervision Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET accredited)

Engineer III:

4+ years experience

Senior Engineer:
