The Role As the Construction Site PTW Director , you will be responsible for leading and administering the site's Permit to Work programme throughout construction, commissioning, and energisation. You'll establish and maintain robust work control processes that ensure all high-risk activities are properly reviewed, authorised, coordinated, and executed safely. Acting as the central authority for Permit to Work, you'll work closely with construction management, commissioning teams, electrical contractors, utilities, and client representatives to ensure work is performed safely while maintaining critical project schedules. This is a highly visible leadership position that plays a key role in delivering one of the world's most advanced mission-critical facilities. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and day-to-day management of the site's Permit to Work (PTW) programme. Develop, issue, review, approve, and administer permits for high-risk construction and commissioning activities. Coordinate multiple concurrent permits across numerous contractors and disciplines. Ensure compliance with project procedures, client standards, OSHA requirements, and industry best practices.
