Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development:
Design bellows and bellows assemblies using SolidWorks and EJMA calculations.
Product Quotation:
Provide preliminary design and production sequences for the sales team to quote new products.
Production Support:
Review customer requirements, create manufacturing prints, design manufacturing prints and troubleshoot production issues.
Customer Technical Support:
Serves as a link between production and customers. Respond to customer technical questions.
Process Improvements:
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in product engineering, product development, or a related role. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred). Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis. Knowledge of machining processes, materials science, and sheet metal forming processes. Experience with stress calculations, such as tensile stress, share stress and hoop stress. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proactive at seeking knowledge and understanding processes and data. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
