Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple Pricing and Rewards Reengineering projects simultaneously through ideation, defining and grooming requirements, governance reviews and approvals, build, testing, and launch Prepare and present recommendations to leadership and collaborate cross functionally to drive business decisions Update senior leaders on progress and influence the organization to support the overall execution roadmap Work closely with internal and external business partners including Technology and Product teams in designing, building, implementing, and testing new strategies and enhancements Create well-defined business requirements/user stories and testing criteria Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high qualityQualifications :
10+ years of experience (product development or technology experience preferred, credit cards and pricing or rewards experience a plus) Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field Ability to engage with diverse internal stakeholders (e.g., business leaders, oversight functions, etc.) and manage through influence Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and application to existing Cards business processes Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a matrixed environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate complex topics to key stakeholders at both business and technical levels Demonstrates problem-solving skills to be able to respond quickly and creatively to complex issues Ability to partner with and lead a large cross functional team to drive results Will to win and desire to have fun This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
