Job Description
- In support of design projects, coordinate the procurement and assembly of mechanical components/equipment and identify sources of critical parts and subsystems to resolve technical issues
- Design or modify mechanical engineering layouts/schematics, and/or detailed drawings/specifications
- Perform and document engineering test reports
- Perform engineering analysis
- Effective use of engineering processes in the resolution of mechanical problems
- May be responsible for the design, development and implementation of custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and associated processes to enable the handling, assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies throughout the product life cycle
Requirements:
- Graduating with a Bachelor's degree (or Master's) in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Must be in good academic standing with a preferred GPA above 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
- Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
- Flexible and adaptable mindset who thrives in a results-driven culture Considerations

None Salary Range:
$70,000.00 - $95,500.00 The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
