Our client, a leading innovator in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a PTC Creo Product Engineer - Intermediate to join their dynamic team. As a PTC Creo Product Engineer - Intermediate, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams including Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Suppliers, Industrial Design, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure seamless execution of engineering assignments.
+ Design, develop, and improve products by applying mechanical engineering principles, material science, and manufacturing processes. + Support product validation and engineering approval processes, including ISIR and PPAP documentation. + Participate in Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) activities to enhance product reliability. + Contribute to successful product launches and production implementation efforts, ensuring quality and manufacturability standards are met.
  • What's Needed?
  • + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
+ Proven experience applying mechanical engineering principles, material science, manufacturing processes, and tooling in product development. + Experience with engineering approval processes for production parts, including ISIR and PPAPs. + Ability to perform and interpret DFMEA and PFMEA assessments effectively. + Proficiency with PTC Creo software is required; experience with Windchill is preferred.
