This posting is for an Underbody Systems design & release engineer in product development specifically focused on
Hydraulic Components:
main control valve bodies, mechanical pumps, electrical pumps, and torque converters. The primary job function will be design iteration and optimization for both current and future Ford Motor Company products. We are looking for a motivated component engineer who is capable of immediate participation and design ownership responsibilities. We need someone with a persistent engineering curiosity to learn and solve complex problems. The role requires an engineer capable of a structured root cause problem solving approach; with good communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Prior experience with either leading supplier interface discussions and / or project management are preferred.
