We are seeking a Product Engineer to support the design, testing, validation, and release of engine cooling system components for advanced vehicle programs. This is an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates or candidates with internship, co-op, or hands-on engineering experience. Job DutiesSupport the design, development, validation, and launch of vehicle cooling system componentsAssist with cooling modules, radiators, condensers, electric fans, pumps, valves, heaters, hoses, and tubing assembliesCoordinate engineering activities including design reviews, prototyping, testing, and documentationWork with suppliers to ensure product quality, manufacturability, and project milestones are metSupport vehicle builds, testing activities, and issue resolutionParticipate in root cause analysis, quality improvements, and cost reduction initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teamsOccasional travel to manufacturing facilities and supplier locations QualificationsAssociate's, Technical, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related fieldInternship, co-op, academic project, or hands-on engineering experienceKnowledge of mechanical systems, thermal systems, fluid systems, HVAC, or automotive componentsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExperience with Microsoft OfficeAbility to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams Preferred QualificationsExperience with testing, validation, or root cause analysisFamiliarity with DFMEA, DVP&R, GD&T, APQP, or similar engineering processesParticipation in Formula SAE, Baja SAE, robotics, or other technical projects Employee BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and pet insurance401(k) Retirement Savings PlanEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Commuter/Parking AccountsPeople PerksHealth Savings Account (HSA)AD&D Insurance Apply Now!
