Should act as a local representative of the supplier HQ to support the Customer's development & validation teams. Responsibilities Communicate with the Customer's local engineering teams regarding product status on behalf of the supplier's HQ. Require an understanding of wireless network technologies (GSM-based LTE, 5G NR, T-Mobile/Verizon carriers) for network testing. Resolve product-related issues locally at the Customer's engineering site (e.g., hardware problems, damaged samples, flashing issues, etc.). Perform test cases and road trips for both basic and market-specific features using test racks and test vehicles. Support the component manager with the supply and updates of system components. Serve as the interface between the Customer's engineering team and the internal engineering team regarding engineering matters and vehicle configurations. Create issue tickets and verify them before delivering software/hardware to the Customer. Deliver test reports to the Customer and internal engineering teams on a daily and weekly basis. Participate in joint testing sessions with the Customer's engineering teams. Investigate problems and analyze root causes with the Customer and internal engineering teams. Understand the development process for both client and customer projects. Approximately 80% field testing / 20% data logging or updating. Perform individual test cases as assigned by

Bachelor's engineering degree 2 or 3 years more in job-related experiences Requires strong driving skill/Test vehicle Maintenance

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

Automotive Multimedia and Telematics experience are preferred Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
