Join our MAHLE team! #weshapefuturemobility Your Contribution Our Senior Product Engineer is responsible to lead the project team from an engineering perspective through effective prioritization, planning and execution of all activities associated with development, industrialization, and continuous improvement of our Engine Cooling Systems. You will also focus on the development and implementation of cost-effective solutions to technical, performance, quality and durability problems discovered during the development of new products. Your Experience & Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required 5 - 8 years of work experience in Engineering (automotive industry, development of automotive Heat Exchangers or equivalent preferred) Knowledge of Heat Exchanger design and validation or equivalent components Understanding of thermodynamics theory as it applies to automotive engine cooling applications or other applications Understanding of GD&T and knowledge of automotive industry standards Must have Product Development and Production Launch experience Must have strong communication skills and desire of global project coordination Must be able to communicate verbally and in written form with all levels of the organization Experience at the MAHLE products and NAFTA plants are preferred Our Offer #DiversityMatters with our inclusive culture, we welcome applications from all social, religious & ethnical backgrounds, disabilities both mental and physical, identities (gender) and neurodivergent people.
