Job Summary Support UAS/drone product development through mechanical design, sensor/hardware integration, testing, validation, and technical support. Key Responsibilities Design mechanical components and integrate sensors/hardware onto UAS platforms. Perform hardware, software compatibility, flight testing, and engineering validation. Design and document wire harnesses, engineering drawings, and BOMs. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide Level 2 engineering support. Maintain engineering documentation and support design reviews, product improvements, and engineering changes. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field. Minimum 1 year of CAD experience; PTC Creo preferred. Experience with Pixhawk, PX4, and ArduPilot autopilot systems. Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Desired Skills Experience with UAS/drones, MAVLink, sensor integration, hardware validation, wire harness design, mechanical design, and engineering documentation. Education Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
