Job Description
Our Client, an Agriculture Products company, is looking for a Product Engineer for their Fuquay-Varina, NC location.
Responsibilities:
As a (Product Engineer) for (Client) located in (Fuquay-Varina, NC), you will….
Develop and implement design solutions to improve cost, quality and performance of existing products
Manage the implementation of multiple moderate scope projects on a common timeline tied to a pre-determined implementation date
Identify the root cause of identified issues and develop corrective actions to resolve them
Collaborate within a cross functional ream to provide engineering support.
Requirements:
Proficient in 3D CAD, other engineering tools & systems (Creo, Windchill, SAP, ANSYS, etc.)
Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electro-hydraulic, structural, and powertrain systems and the ability to troubleshoot them
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of technical drawings and GD&T
Experience taking designs from ideas to fully implemented into production
Experience performing engineering calculations and data analysis
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Agricultural or Electrical Engineering
Advanced engineering degree
Experience with commercial mowing products or parallel industries
Experience with gasoline and diesel engines and engine systems
Experience with design for manufacturing techniques
Knowledge of systems engineering and or six sigma methodologies
