Job Description

Engineering Supervisor - Product Development (90-125K) We have an outstanding opportunity available for an Engineering Supervisor - Product Development near the Binghamton, NY area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer to step into a leadership role while remaining actively involved in new product design, prototyping, testing, and product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Design, Development, and Test Engineers. Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release. Provide hands-on technical guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and design reviews. Manage priorities and engineering resources across multiple development programs. Partner with Operations, Quality, and Application Engineering to support product development and manufacturing transition. Drive improvements to prototyping and product development processes.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 3+ years of product development engineering experience with strong hands-on prototyping skills. Leadership or technical mentorship experience. Experience with CAD/PDM systems such as Creo and Windchill preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
