Engineering Supervisor, New Product Development Endwell, NY | $90,000 to $125,000 Per Year This company is hiring an Engineering Supervisor to lead new product development in the Binghamton, NY area. This is a hands on opportunity for an engineer to step into a leadership role while remaining actively involved in new product design, prototyping, testing, and product launch. Schedule Full time. Compensation $90,000 to $125,000 per year, based on experience. What You'll Do The Engineering Supervisor leads and develops a multidisciplinary team of design, development, and test engineers, guiding new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release. This person provides hands on technical guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and design reviews, and manages priorities and engineering resources across multiple development programs. The role includes partnering with operations, quality, and application engineering to support product development and the transition to manufacturing, as well as driving improvements to prototyping and product development processes.
