Engineering Supervisor, New Product Development Endwell, NY | $90,000 to $125,000 Per Year This company is hiring an Engineering Supervisor to lead new product development in the Binghamton, NY area. This is a hands on opportunity for an engineer to step into a leadership role while remaining actively involved in new product design, prototyping, testing, and product launch. Schedule Full time. Compensation $90,000 to $125,000 per year, based on experience. What You'll Do The Engineering Supervisor leads and develops a multidisciplinary team of design, development, and test engineers, guiding new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release. This person provides hands on technical guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and design reviews, and manages priorities and engineering resources across multiple development programs. The role includes partnering with operations, quality, and application engineering to support product development and the transition to manufacturing, as well as driving improvements to prototyping and product development processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field 3 or more years of product development engineering experience with strong hands on prototyping skills Leadership or technical mentorship experience Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with CAD/PDM systems such as Creo and Windchill Experience leading engineering teams through full product launch cycles Compensation and Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k plan Paid time off To apply , submit your resume for consideration.
