Lead Product Engineer - N IKE, Inc . - Beaverton , OR. Collaborate with key functional partners throughout the product development process. Act as the key point of contact for our Asia teammates and ensure that communication during the product development and manufacturing process is clear and accurate. Lead footwear product excellence in alignment with Nike Footwear strategic priorities and key initiatives on fit, comfort, performance, sustainability, and collaborate with offshore and onshore teams providing input on design constructions, product engineering standard processes, material choices, costing optimization, and construction. Leverage divisional, functional, and technical expertise to influence the product and process from development to manufacturing. Support engineering digital product creation strategy by applying tools like FEA, 3D visualization and rapid prototyping tools and technologies, advanced mechanical testing, and wear testing methods in collaboration with our cross-functional teams. Navigate the NIKE matrix to ensure that Nike's processes model and match NIKE footwear engineering divisional and functional standards and methodologies driving product excellence. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.. Must have a Master's degree in Polymer Engineering, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an engineering-related occupation.Position requires:
