Product Engineer M9 Solutions is dedicated to providing IT services and solutions to the Federal Government by mobilizing the right people, skills, clearance levels, and technologies to help organizations that desire improved performance and modern, sustainable change. M9 has provided quality IT services and support to more than 30 Federal Agencies and multiple commercial customers nationwide. Our capabilities include IT Talent Solutions, Data Delivery & Analytics, Cyber Security, Cloud Migration, Applications and Infrastructure, Software Development, and Finance & Accounting.

M9 Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to work hybrid remote/onsite in support of a government contract for a client located in Bethesda, MD. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities
  • Own the complete product lifecycle and drive the strategic vision to enable enterprise capabilities.
  • Define product requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and guide a cross-functional team of 12-15 full-time team members, including developers, designers, and analysts, to deliver maximum value to users and stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Regularly engage with client leadership, end-users, and technical teams to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and iterate on product features.
  • Present product strategy and progress to executive stakeholders, onboard new tenants, and serve as the primary advocate for user needs throughout the development process.
  • Balance competing priorities, make data-driven decisions, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups to deliver a platform that truly serves client operations.
