Product Engineer at Ultimate Staffing Services Product Engineer at Ultimate Staffing Services in Grapevine, Texas Posted in 7 days ago. $56,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Product Engineer to join a client in Grapevine, Texas. This is a full-time, direct hire position.
Responsibilities:
Provide Technical Support to the production team. Perform failure analysis on customer products. Investigate and perform root cause analysis. Contact client for escalations. Set up repair line including ESD tools and grounding. Identify optimum analytical approaches critical to problems. Requires communication with local and overseas team via emails and conference calls. Prepare parts and components for Factory team second level failure analysis. Work inside customer lab.
Qualifications:
Minimum Associate degree in product design, mechanical, electronic or computer engineering with little experience or 3+ years of equivalent experience as FA engineer for computing devices. Hands on Experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices Requires excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have strong Office suite knowledge (excel, word etc.). Requires moderate knowledge of UEFI, WINPE, CMD, Batch files, SDK, ADK, Configuration files. Effectively communicate concepts and solutions with various levels of the organization. Effectively liaison between Company and Client. Must be able to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision. Requires strong analytical and statistical skills. Requires flexibility to work overtime for special projects or business supports.
