We are seeking a hands-on Product Engineer to design, develop, and refine nonwoven product solutions and manufacturing processes. Operating out of a major 250,000+ square foot facility in Texas, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure automotive, industrial, and consumer products meet precise customer specifications and high-quality standards. You will play a vital role in analyzing production data, implementing Lean techniques, troubleshooting quality issues, and driving cost-saving operational improvements.

Responsibilities:
Product & Process Design:

Design, develop, and enhance products and production processes to optimize manufacturing efficiency, quality, and output.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with sales, technicians, and manufacturing teams to align production with customer specifications and drive cost-saving measures.

Quality & Technical Documentation:

Create and maintain key product documentation including design specifications, test procedures, BOMs, Process Flows, and FMEAs.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

Generate production metrics, conduct experiments, and implement process control systems to identify and resolve quality or operational bottlenecks. ...

Troubleshooting & Innovation:

Investigate new manufacturing technologies, stay updated on industry trends, and troubleshoot real-time production issues related to design and quality.

Skills:
Continuous Improvement:

Active experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Nonwoven Expertise:

Familiarity with natural and synthetic fiber processing or acoustical/industrial nonwoven components.

Education:
Bachelors Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:
Education & Work Experience:

Bachelor?s degree in Engineering (or equivalent practical experience), along with several years of manufacturing experience including a track record in a supervisory or management capacity.

Technical & Process Mastery:

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control systems. Demonstrated experience building and maintaining BOMs, Process Flows, and FMEAs.

Data & Problem-Solving:

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to run product experiments, generate production metrics, and implement process control systems.

Leadership & Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills with proven capability to lead, motivate production staff, and collaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.

Software & Project Oversight:

Proficient computer skills (industry-relevant software) combined with project management and budgeting experience.

Mobility:
