Work You'll Do As an Elastic Engineer for our client, you will design, implement, and optimize data search and analysis platforms using Elasticsearch and the broader Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana). You'll collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing data solutions for mission-critical environments. The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in architecture and development of ElasticSearch
• Experience working in Linux Environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Secret security clearance required
• Ability to be located in Norfolk, VA 3-5x per week
