Onsite Job Summary We are looking for an RF Testing Engineer to support RF system testing, design verification, system validation, and debugging of hardware devices. The role involves hands-on testing using RF test equipment, chambers, call boxes, data analysis, and hardware rework in a hardware R&D lab. Key Responsibilities Perform RF system testing for design verification and system validation in conducted and radiated test environments. Test RF performance, interference, noise floor (RSSI), coexistence, throughput , and related RF parameters. Perform radiated/conducted TRP, TIS, and aGPS testing in signaling and non-signaling modes. Operate RF test chambers such as R&S Anechoic, BlueTest, and GTS chambers . Work with call boxes and RF equipment from R&S, Agilent, Anritsu , and similar vendors. Use internally developed tools for on-device RF testing . Collect test data and transfer results into spreadsheets or databases . Analyze RF test results using Excel/spreadsheets and Python scripts and generate reports. Set up and configure RF test equipment for validation, verification, and debugging . Maintain RF test equipment, lab tools, materials, and equipment calibration . Support day-to-day operations and organization of the hardware R&D lab . Perform hardware rework, modifications, and mockups required for RF testing. Required Skills Hands-on experience in RF testing and validation . Experience with TRP, TIS, aGPS, RSSI, throughput, interference, and coexistence testing . Knowledge of conducted and radiated RF testing . Experience with RF chambers and call boxes . Hands-on experience with R&S, Agilent, Anritsu , or similar RF test equipment. Experience with Python and Excel/spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting. Ability to troubleshoot and debug RF/hardware issues . Experience working in a hardware/RF laboratory environment . Knowledge of hardware rework and test fixture setup . Preferred Qualifications Experience with wireless technologies such as LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or GNSS . Experience with automated RF testing and internally developed test tools. Familiarity with RF measurement equipment, calibration procedures, and lab safety practices. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skills.
Pay:
$48.00 - $52.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
