Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Design or modify electrical or electronic engineering assemblies, layouts, schematics, drawings or specifications of moderate scope under general supervision
- Perform basic engineering analysis under general supervision
- Perform and generate basic engineering test reports; generate related alpha/gamma documentation for product releases
- Coordinate the procurement and assembly of electrical or electronic components and equipment, and identify sources of critical parts and subsystems to resolve technical issues
- Troubleshoot a variety of moderately complex electrical problems
- Implement concepts for product issues and electrical solutions of moderate difficulty
- Assist in the development of electrical product specifications
- Clearly communicate complex information in straightforward situations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Preferred GPA of 3.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A solid understanding of the industry's key business drivers
- Good communication/interpersonal skills to explain complex information to others
- Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
- Proficiency in schematic design software such as OrCAD and Altium.
- Proficiency in layout design software such as Allegro and Altium.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a hardware design engineer or similar.

None Salary Range:
$100,000.00 - $136,500.00 The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
