Your responsibilities Conduct rigorous calibration, chip-level testing and validation, ensuring hardware meets the highest standards. Carry out and develop test methods for our next generation high-speed photonics chip up to 200GHz. Closely involve in design and develop high-speed devices, pushing the boundaries of communication systems. Experience with optoelectronic devices is preferred. Analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and optimize performance. Develop test procedures, ensuring clear communication within the team. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in high-speed digital hardware. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers or technicians, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the hardware development lifecycle. Your skills and experience Master's degree with 5 years of experience or Doctor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field, focusing on high-speed components and testing. Proven expertise in using VNA/PNA equipment for device-level testing is expected. Strong knowledge of digital signal processing and communication systems. Experience with high-speed device testing, preferably above 67GHz. Familiarity with photonic technologies is highly advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to hardware design and testing. Proficiency in simulation tools like MATLAB and/or Python.
