Responsibilities:

Assist with RF network design, coverage analysis, and propagation modeling . Support senior engineers with link budget calculations and coverage predictions . Analyze network performance metrics such as RSRP, SINR, throughput, and call drop rates . Assist with drive test data analysis using tools such as TEMS, Nemo, or Actix . Support troubleshooting of network performance issues. Assist in the preparation of RF engineering documentation and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RAN engineering, field operations, and construction teams . Participate in RF design reviews and engineering planning meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field 0-2 years of RF engineering or wireless telecommunications experience Basic knowledge of LTE and 5G wireless technologies Familiarity with RF concepts such as propagation, link budgets, and interference Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
