The scope includes oversight of sensor requirements, architecture, system performance, and development and test of RF sensor products. This position reports to the RF Sensor Product Center Chief Engineer and will provide day-to-day interface with Program Managers, engineering leads of other disciplines, suppliers, adopting LM Program customers and external customers. The candidate will lead a team to provide technical excellence for the IT&E plans, execution, performance, integration, and verification of RF Sensor Product variants on to new platforms. Candidate should be able to manage complex technical projects with little oversight. The candidate must be able to take general guidance from Leadership and strategically integrate it into the project's business rhythm. The candidate must be able to develop close working relationships with associate IPT Leads and program teams. The candidate must be able to support proposal efforts with new adopting programs. Candidate must have a Secret Clearance and be able to travel in support of coordination efforts. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in an engineering discipline, or equivalent professional experience with 7+ years of professional experience. Strong project management experience. Prior technical leadership experience and ability to manage complex technical projects with little oversight. Prior Customer communication and coordination. Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams Secret Clearance is required to start. Desired Skills Prior missile experience and sensor integration experience desired. RF product experience desired. Strong business acumen, management influence and whole systems thinking. Strong interpersonal skills.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$104900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
