Qualifications:
Experience with GaAs and/or GaN semiconductor technologies, MMIC design and layout, electro-magnetic simulation, thermal analysis and industry standard EDA tools like ADS and Momentum/RFPro/Sonnet. MSEE/PhD degree in EE with background in RF/microwave engineering, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience. Ph.D. in relevant areas could be counted towards industry experience depending on the thesis. Must be a US citizen or green card holder Proficiency with EDA tools: Cadence, ADS, AWR, Ansys HFSS, Sonnet, Momentum, RFPro etc. Knowledge of GaAs and/or GaN device physics and modeling Knowledge of PA linearization and efficiency enhancement is a plus Microwave/millimeter-wave circuit/system design experience Proficiency with RF/microwave test equipment and measurement techniques, e.g. spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters, etc. Must have excellent teamwork and communications skills Remote opportunities may be possible for this role #LI-PG1 For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce- Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State
