Job Requirements Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH Secret Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Description The System Engineer II supports the development and evaluation of RF spectrum certification documents for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) equipment, non-developmental initiatives (NDI), and new or significantly modified radiating or receiving systems used by the Department of Defense (DOD) or included in foreign military sales contracts. This position prepares DD Form 1494, Application for Equipment Frequency Allocation, using Stepstone and/or Equipment Location-Certification Information Database (EL-CID) software. The role also evaluates equipment described in spectrum certification documents and supports efforts to gather information regarding equipment performance.
