Radio architectures, and MIMO technology Candidates should have hands-on experience testing Massive MIMO Antennas in 32x32 and 64x64 configurations. Antenna design knowledge and familiarity with OTA testing in anechoic chambers are a plus. Strong experience with RF Test Equipment—including Network Analyzers, Signal Analyzers, Vector Signal Generators, and Power Meters—is essential. Basic configuration knowledge of Antenna Control units and interfaces with Power Amplifiers is also desirable. Experience in working in Anechoic Chambers for Antenna Testing for antenna radiation patterns, gain, and efficiency measurements Should have knowledge of 3GPP standards to e nsure antenna designs meet 3GPP standards Experience in the Test Plan Developments for Massive MIMO Antenna, data analysis, and report generations Automation Test Scripts understanding and basic script updates Good to have experience with Antenna Design simulation tools - CST Microwave Studio, HFSS and Test Script tools like Python / Perl
