The preferred candidate will be highly motivated with demonstrated initiative, aerospace gas turbine engine and power generation systems product knowledge, and deep knowledge of product development methodologies within a regulated environment. The focus of this role is certification and regulatory compliance of gas turbine engines, power generation systems, and associated components which includes experience with interpreting FAA regulations and how they are applied to product testing. Interact closely with project engineers, design teams, and internal and external regulatory authorities to meet project deliverables and milestones. Act with speed and accuracy for on-time execution and apply six sigma thought processes and tools. Listen to internal customers' needs and support the team in reducing cycle time and improving the quality of deliverables.
