Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on oil burner equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to oil burners, electrical systems, and boilers, providing effective solutions promptly. Assist customers with technical support, answering questions related to equipment operation and troubleshooting. Conduct safety checks and ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete service calls efficiently and accurately. Keep detailed records of service activities, repairs, and parts used for each job. Qualifications Proven experience working with oil burner systems, boilers, and electrical components. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Knowledge of electrical systems related to heating equipment is essential. Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues effectively. Valid relevant certifications or licenses preferred but not mandatory depending on regional requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
