Develop technical proposal content providing value to our customers and GE Vernova while minimizing risks and offering standardized products where possible to avoid un-necessary customization. You will work within GE Vernova Gas Power Engineering standards, policies, and procedures while helping drive consistent functional specifications, standardized engineering practices, and common global processes that enable efficient and successful project execution.- Job Description
- Roles and Responsibilities
- + Be responsible for the technical content of proposals for GEV Combined Cycle power plant configuration, working with the Commercial Operations, Product Engineering and Product Management teams to win profitable projects for GEV Gas Power + Be responsible for coordinating the timely evaluation of customer requirements, typically via review of the customer or Equipment Prime Contractor (EPC), provided request for proposal (RFP) to ensure proper selection of GEV Gas Turbine scope of supply items.
- Required Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college; OR a high school diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience in Gas Turbine engineering. + 5 years of engineering/Technology, Customer Bid & Proposal expertise and related Gas Turbine and/or Gas Power equipment. + Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
