Debugging Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Automation & Controls Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing automation, PLC programming, robotics/cobots, and automated equipment.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, integrate, and deploy automated manufacturing equipment. Program and troubleshoot PLCs, robots/cobots, and vision systems . Support automation projects from concept and design through fabrication, testing, qualification, and production. Provide hands-on machine debugging, commissioning, installation, and troubleshooting. Support NPI and automated assembly processes . Work with equipment suppliers on machine design, build, and integration. Develop equipment layouts, documentation, and qualification protocols. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems using appropriate testing and measuring tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field . 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in automation/manufacturing. Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience. Experience with industrial robots/cobots . Experience with automation equipment, electrical/mechanical systems, and machine debugging. CAD experience preferred. Vision system experience preferred . Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Pay:
$40.00 - $44.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
