Full-time Job Description:

Root Cause & Failure Analysis:

Investigates electromechanical defects, analyzes error codes and trends (NC, yield, QPPM), and closes 8D investigations with corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement & Quality Control:

Leads lean process improvement projects (CIPs, VSM), standardizes work instructions/procedures, and drives overall product and process quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Audits:

Partners with engineering, supply chain, and program management, performs internal/external factory audits, and interfaces directly with customers on program deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 5-7 years experience in Quality Engineering
• Strong background in robotics and/or semiconductor equipment
• Strong knowledge of reliability modeling and apportionment
• Solid understanding of GR&R, HALT, HASS, F47, ESD, EMC, and ISTA testing
• Must be able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Previous knowledge in digital system development building process workflows, tasks, and notifications
• Excellent communication, adaptability, organization & time management skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders
• Business fluency in

Japanese Big Plus:

• Master's degree in Engineering
• CQE and CRE Certification
• Solid understanding of the SEMI standards
• Certification in MES, Six Sigma Black Belt, Digital Manufacturing & Design Technology (DM&DT)
• Expert in quality engineering with background in QMS implementation, improvements and rollout
