Travel:

20-25% When not traveling, you can expect to work around 40-45 hours per week; Travel is typically project‑based planned ahead, with most trips lasting around 5 days. Responsibilities

• Write and debug PLC and HMI programs with minimal assistance.
• Collaborate with assembly and engineering teams to resolve control‑system issues.
• Train field service personnel on machine operation, start‑up procedures, and robotics.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and internal teams while handling multiple projects.
• Support both new and existing equipment throughout installation and operation.
• Lead machine start‑ups and coordinate installation activities.
• Mentor and train other engineers in controls and electrical disciplines. Essential Skills 3+ years of controls engineering experience Allen Bradley PLC programming from scratch Ability to program robotics (Fanuc, or any other brand, will provide training on Fanuc robotics) Ability to read and make red lines on electrical prints
• AutoCAD Electrical, ePlan, or Solidworks E Work Environment This role operates in a fast‑paced, hands‑on engineering environment focused on advanced automation, robotics, and complex test systems.
