Job Description

Position Title :
Robotics Field Application Engineer General Responsibilities :
developing a diverse portfolio of robotic solutions, including collaborative robots (Cobots), dual-arm robots, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and quadruped robots. As we continue expanding our presence in North America, we are looking for passionate engineers to grow with us.  Korean proficiency is preferred but not required  Install, commission, and configure robotic systems at customer sites  Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic software issues  Provide customer training on robot operation, teaching, and programming  Perform field service, maintenance, repairs, and after-sales support  Collaborate with engineering teams at our Korea headquarters to resolve technical issues  Support product demonstrations and application testing  Document field activities and provide technical feedback for product improvements
Qualifications :
 Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)  Foundational knowledge of robot mechatronics, including: o Servo motors o Harmonic/Cycloidal reducers o Multi-axis kinematics o Articulated robot architecture  Hands-on experience with robot teaching and programming on at least one collaborative or industrial robot platform  Mechanical assembly and electrical wiring experience  Comfortable working in Linux environments  Basic programming skills in Python and/or C++  Strong English communication skills  Valid US work authorization  Valid US driver's license  Willingness to travel up to 60% within the
United States Preferred Qualifications :
 Experience with Modbus TCP/RTU, EtherNet/IP, or
PROFINET

$70-75k~ Mid level: $80-170k~
