Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced ABB Robotic Engineer to support robotic automation, programming, troubleshooting, commissioning, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Program, troubleshoot, and optimize ABB industrial robots using Robot Studio. Support robotic systems across assembly, test, and paint operations. Integrate robots with PLCs, tooling, sensors, and peripheral equipment. Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent corrective solutions. Optimize robot configurations, cabling, harnesses, and end-of-arm tooling. Collaborate with PLC/Controls, Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance teams. Support commissioning, testing, and continuous improvement activities. Required Skills 5+ years of robotics/automation experience. Strong hands-on ABB robot programming and troubleshooting experience. Proficiency with ABB Robot Studio. Experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC integration. Manufacturing/shop-floor experience. Engineering or related technical degree.

Desired Skills:

Robotic welding, material handling, assembly, or machine tending. Robot commissioning and program optimization. Vision-guided robotics and industrial networking. Lean/Six Sigma and OEE improvement experience. Refer
