Job Description
About the Role As an Industrial Robotics Automation Specialist, you will drive excellence in automated finishing processes by optimizing robotic systems for sealer, dampening, and paint applications. You will play a critical role in enhancing production efficiency and quality standards through expert programming and technical analysis. Responsibilities Develop and refine online robot programs for sealer, UBC, and dampening applications to ensure seamless production flow. Execute complex trials for primer, base, and clear coat processes, adjusting parameters to achieve optimal finish quality. Utilize advanced simulation software to conduct reach studies, cycle time analysis, and offline programming to streamline project timelines. Perform rigorous quality evaluations using precision tools such as elco-meters, wave-scan, and X-Rite technology. Generate comprehensive hand-over documentation and process snapshots to support long-term operational consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement product improvements and cost-reduction initiatives. Required Skills Proven experience programming industrial robots, specifically Kawasaki, Fanuc, or Yaskawa systems. Strong background in automated robotic paint shop applications and process optimization. Proficiency in PLC programming using platforms such as Toyopuc, Allen Bradley, or Omron. Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience. Preferred Skills Experience with digital engineering tools including Catia, Delmia, SolidWorks, or Inventor. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on creative problem-solving and strategic improvement.
