Wixom, MI, with transition to Toledo, OH Job Summary We are seeking experienced Robot Engineers with strong expertise in FANUC robot programming to support an industrial automation/manufacturing project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience programming and troubleshooting FANUC robotic systems, along with experience working with automotive manufacturing standards. Candidates with strong FANUC iRVision 3DV experience are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Program, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize FANUC industrial robots. Develop and modify robot programs to support automated manufacturing processes. Troubleshoot robot, vision, and automation-related issues. Support robot integration, commissioning, and production startup activities. Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve robot performance and cycle times. Apply applicable automotive robotic programming and safety standards. Support FANUC vision systems, including iRVision 3DV , when required. Perform system testing, debugging, and validation. Document programming changes and troubleshooting activities. Travel/relocate between project locations as required. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with FANUC robot programming . Experience with FANUC robotic systems in an industrial/manufacturing environment. Experience with GM GRS (Global Robot Standard) or similar automotive robot programming standards. Strong troubleshooting and commissioning skills. Ability to read and understand robot/automation documentation. Experience working in automotive manufacturing or automated production environments. Preferred Qualifications Strong experience with FANUC iRVision 3DV . Experience with FANUC vision programming, setup, calibration, and troubleshooting. Experience with robotic integration and manufacturing automation. Experience supporting GM or other major automotive manufacturing environments.
