Opportunity OverviewWe are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team at our Universal Robots manufacturing site in Wixom, MI. You read drawings, specifications, and tolerances fluently and adapt your audit and qualification approach to whatever part type or supplier location is in front of you.

You bring high technical competence in part development, qualification, and supplier manufacturing processes across these commodities. You have a strong supplier accountability mindset — you hold suppliers responsible for corrective action and sustained improvement, and you drive supplier actions to closure with urgency, clear ownership, and verified effectiveness. You apply structured, data-driven root cause analysis to supplier-caused line issues, and you communicate technical impact, risk, actions, owners, and timing clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and global supplier partners alike.
