Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

Must reside in the state of Ohio.

A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in manufacturing engineering, electromechanical engineering, electronic engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field; OR a bachelor's degree with a concentration in the teaching discipline.

In some cases, an associate degree combined with relevant work experience, professional licensure/certifications, or demonstrated competencies may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Strong communication skills and the ability to establish positive working relationships with students, colleagues, and staff.

Willingness to utilize various instructional methods, including email and online learning management systems.

Commitment to student success, engagement, and empowerment in their learning journey.

Successful completion of a background check is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in or working knowledge of FANUC robotics systems
• Certification in or working knowledge of AutoCAD and Inventor
• A master's degree from a regionally accredited institution in an engineering-related field or education.
• Previous teaching experience, curriculum development, and assessment experience.

For Advanced Manufacturing Technology courses:

Working knowledge of manual and CNC machinery, precision assembly, and multi-craft maintenance.

Prior experience in manufacturing.
